Results
2x more engagement, increased convertion rates
Overview
The Vakansa platform had an outdated and inconsistent design which caused it to appear less attractive and functional to existing and new users. Compared to similar websites like Vakansa, there where clear differences in terms of UI standard, and the issues needed to be resolved to increase conversions and create more profits for the business by updating the existing design system.
Problem
The platform’s website was confusing making it difficult for users to understandd how to navigate and interact with the service.
Poor User Experience: UI lead to frustration and a negative experience for the users, driving them away from the application.
Decreased Efficiency: Slowed down the user's ability to complete tasks, reducing their overall productivity.
Difficulty in Learning: The complex UI made it difficult for new users to learn how to use the platform effectively, leading to high drop-offs.
Decreased Adoption: UI reduced the number of users who choose to adopt and use the platform which affected its success.

Learnings
The UI & UX can make it or brake it
